My guess is there’s two kinds of people right now, the ones that’s been able to double down and do all the things they haven’t had time for before and the ones, that might have all the time in the world right now, but doesn’t know what to do with it.
I myself am home with my son, we’ve been on our own for the bigger part of the pandemic and I’m starting to feel a little depressed, I miss seeing friends and family. I miss cafe’s, shopping, taking the train, going to the pool… I miss missing my son, if that makes sense, but I honestly do. Before the pandemic I’d pick him from Preeschool and we’ed walk home trough the cemetery and it just something I really loved. He would have missed me and come running into my arms and I would have missed him and it was all just kind of magical. Now’s nice also, don’t get me wrong, we’ve come even closer, which you’d think was hardly possible, as we were already pretty glued together, but the missing part, that part I miss
So what can we do to be inspired in these times?
One of the things I’ve refound and that’s helped me, is Audio books and hopefully they can help you also. I’m a member pf Amazon Audible where I can pick 2 books every month and I highly recommend it. Here’s a link: https://www.audible.com
These are some of the books I’ve fallen in love with during the pandemic
